With over 50 professional screen credits, Jose Miguel has established himself as a "set-ready" veteran, moving seamlessly between gritty, street-level realism and the calculated weight of high-status leads.
He is best known for his series regular role as Cpl. Abel Gomez in Netflix’s WWII stylistic drama The Liberator (Trioscope) and his recurring work on Hulu’s legal thriller Reasonable Doubt (season 3). His extensive television portfolio includes notable turns on Netflix’s Cobra Kai and AMC’s The Walking Dead. On the big screen, he has shared the screen with industry titans like Morgan Freeman, Greg Kinnear, and Aldis Hodge in Tom Shadyac’s Brian Banks, and most recently filmed opposite Ashley Judd.
Born in Bogotá and raised in South Florida, Jose Miguel’s path to the screen was a "divine return." After initial friction, he focused on raising his young family.
