The 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We allow one (1) complimentary reschedule per booking, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the start time.

Late Arrival: Your session time is fixed. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the actor following you. No partial refunds are given for late arrivals.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a session without notice results in a total forfeit of the session fee.
