Media Ownership: MaJeliv Studio retains a digital copy of your footage for 30 days for archival purposes. While the actor owns the performance, the studio is not responsible for lost files once the digital link has been delivered to the actor.

Studio Conduct: We maintain a professional, safe, and "authentic" environment. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unprofessional or unsafe behavior.

MaJeliv Gold Credit & Savings (Loyalty) Program

1. The 20% Benefit (The "Savings Account"): For every qualifying service or bundle purchased (including the $120 Working Actor Coached Session, the 5-Pack Bundle, and the 10-Pack Bundle), 20% of the total purchase price is automatically converted into MaJeliv Gold Credits and deposited into your account’s "Bank." These credits function as a dedicated savings fund designed to offset the cost of the MaJeliv Actor Program.

2. Redemption & Usage: MaJeliv Gold Credits are specifically reserved for use toward enrollment in the MaJeliv Actor Program or other professional development tiers as designated by the studio. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to the initial purchase from which they were generated.

3. Account Balance: Your current "Bank" balance is tracked automatically via your actor profile. While MaJeliv Gold Credits generally do not expire, MaJeliv Studios reserves the right to audit or adjust balances in the event of refunds or disputed transactions. By participating in the program, you are investing in your long-term career growth, with MaJeliv Studios matching your commitment through this 20% savings contribution.
